I have always been interested in wildlife, especially birds, since I was a child, but my interest was renewed with the advent of digital photography.

My main interest remains birds, especially birds of prey, but I am also interested in mammals. Having spent a number of years as a sports diver, I have a huge interest in the life in, around & under our seas.

My aim with my photography is to showcase the best of UK wildlife & landscapes, with an emphasis on what we have offer here in Yorkshire, although I do take photographs all over the country.

I held a successful exhibition of my work at Otley Courthouse in October 2016 which received some fantastic feedback. I have also had a number of images shortlisted in the British Wildlife Photography Awards in 2015 & 2016. I was also chosen to submit images for two BTO field guides which are on sale through book retailers nationally.

Over the last couple of years my photography has got to the point where it is starting to be recognised & ideally I would love to be able to make this a full time role.
